Big Guys Magic Shop and the Pewaukee Food Pantry are hosting a magical party in honor of the tremendous community support for the magic shop! The party will be at Big Guys Magic Shop, 145 Park Ave Pewaukee, WI 53072.

The date of the party is April 20, 2013 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Big Guy is asking people to bring a canned good for a donation to the Pewaukee Food Pantry for families in the Pewaukee area as admission to the magical party.

Many fabulous magical entertainers will astound and amaze children of all ages.

There will even be a petting zoo from JoDon Farms featuring many exotic animals.

On April 6, 2013 at 12 noon Waukesha County Executive Dan Vrakas will be appearing at Big Guys Magic Shop and will be putting his signature on a prediction made by magician Paul Kastle.

Later, on April 6th, the prediction will be transported from Big Guys Magic Shop by a Waukesha County Deputy Sheriff to "Cakes While You Wait" in Pewaukee where it will be baked in a cake. We invite a reporter to insert a coin with his/her initials in the cake to make sure there is no tampering! The cake will remain on public display in the store.

At the April 20th party the prediction will be brought back to Big Guys Magic shop by a Waukesha Deputy.

The prediction of the newspaper headlines for April 20, 2013, will be opened at the show by County Executive Vrakas, who will verify his signature on the prediction!

Only then will we know if Magician Paul Kastle has correctly predicted the future!

Hi everyone,

Just to be clear…

I’ve never won FISM, or any other magic contest for that matter. I’ve never appeared on radio or TV. I’ve never consulted for David Copperfield, David Blaine or Criss Angel. I haven’t accomplished what most guys on the lecture circuit have, so, I’ll do something none of them do.

I’ll Guarantee my lecture! Here it is plain and simple. If at the end of my lecture you don’t agree it was worth more than the time and money you spent to attend, I’ll gladly refund your money. Fair enough? I guess I’m what you’d call an underground magician, so, the odds are you’ve never heard of me. I’ve only attended one magic convention in my life. So, I’m not exactly a household name… even in magician’s households. However, I have loved and been a student of magic for the last 40 years. I primarily perform at trade shows, private parties and corporate events.

Here are a few things to my credit.

• In January 2004, Genii Magazine published my version of the Rub-a-dub Vanish, called “The Rub-a-Dub Deluxe.”
• In August of 2009 I released the video download of The Rub-a-dub Deluxe with Vanishing Inc.
• In October of 2010 I released The Morphew One Hand Top Palm with Vanishing Inc.
• Bob Sheets and I released ”Bob’s 3 Shell Boot Camp” together in September of 2010.
• Within the last month I was contacted by Richard Sanders to be a part of his upcoming DVD project “Jump” for my work on his Mr. Stickman plot he originally released in 2001.
• Both of my Vanishing Inc downloads are rated 5 stars.
• Bob’s 3 Shell Boot Camp was rated a perfect 10 by Shane at On line Visions.

I plan to reveal my pet secrets from my stage show "Magic Matinee" (now playing at Theater Wit) and explain the trials and the errors that I experienced to get them to performance level. It will be all stage effects including visual appearances, color changes and mentalism. The routines all use simple props procured at a hobby shop or Target. I will teach all the ins and outs of these routines that I use everywhere: libraries, schools, living rooms, picnics, classrooms, and theaters.

Sean received a deck of Marshall Brodien's T.V. Magic Cards on his 7th birthday. Since then he has performed hundreds of shows for theatres, corporate functions, family events and for 7 year old birthday parties where he delights in inspiring future magicians! His performances have always reflected his dual interest in magic and theater leading him to study acting at Illinois State University. While there he picked up a 2nd major in French which explains his appearances at Festimagic in Paris and The International Theater Festival of Grenoble. Sean has performed his family magic show Vaudeville Magic in numerous Chicago area theatres including The Mayne Stage, The Music Box Theatre, The Actor's Gym and The Acorn Theater. His close-up magic has been seen at many corporate and social events including Abbott Laboratories , The Chicago Architecture Foundation, Copia Capitol and The Driehaus Museum.

Feats of Magic's final night. March 21st. 2013

"Feats of Magic" premieres for a limited engagement at Shaker's Cigar Bar. Beginning February 7th. The Amazing Nicholas presents his two-act show to the patrons and residents of Walker's Point. For the first time, this intimate and historic venue will be the setting for an evening of magical entertainment.

Shaker's, Milwaukee's Haunted Bar for 26 years, is renowned for Island Cuisine and cigar dinners. It continues to draw the adventurous denizens of Milwaukee to its quaint and historic location at 422 South 2nd Street, where customers hear the tales of things that go bump in the night and sip the cocktails which made the roaring 20's famous.

Resident magician Nicholas Vollmann presents his original show, "Feats of Magic", to an intimate audience, February 7th & 21st, and March 7th & 21st. The Amazing Nicholas shall endeavor to amuse you with a series of experiments in legerdemain.
